Como’s UEFA Champions League (UCL) qualification ambitions face a defining test against Serie A leaders Inter Milan, who are looking to take another step towards regaining the Scudetto. The 4-0 win in the reverse fixture was Inter’s tenth consecutive Serie A H2H win, with those victories coming by a staggering 24-2 aggregate score. Como are the only side against whom Inter have won ten or more consecutive games in Serie A history.

Como haven’t conceded more than one first-half goal in any of their 31 league games this season. Como have won each of the last ten Serie A games Anastasios Douvikas scored in, eight of which came at home. Pio Esposito could look to make a mark early for Inter as his last three goals have come in the first half, twice serving as the match opener, albeit Inter won none of those games (D2, L1).

Jacobo Ramón and Jesús Rodríguez missed Como’s draw with Udinese. For Inter, star striker Lautaro Martínez and Yann Bisseck are both sidelined.
