Michael Carrick’s first game since being appointed Manchester United boss could hardly be bigger, as Premier League title-chasing Manchester City visit Old Trafford for a high stakes derby. No side in Premier League history have won more away games against Manchester United than Manchester City’s nine, while only Liverpool (41) have scored more goals at Old Trafford than Manchester City (37). Manchester United lost the reverse fixture 3-0, and have been held scoreless in four of the last five H2H league meetings on their own turf.
