Amid sensational seasons from Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest, Fulham have gone under the radar a little, but they’ve actually lost just two of their last 15 competitive games (W7, D6). Four of those wins have come across their last five games, with the last three all coming by the same 2-1 scoreline, including against Forest last weekend which affords them the chance to win three successive Premier League games for the first time since January 2023.

A seven-match unbeaten run in home London derbies (W4, D3) would suggest they have a respectable chance of doing so. The one concern for Fulham will undoubtedly be that last weekend’s win against Forest was their first in home league action since early December 2024, drawing four of the other five such games (L1), and after seeing four of the last six top-flight H2Hs end all square too, a stalemate certainly can’t be ruled out.

After a 2-1 home defeat against a resurgent Everton last weekend, Crystal Palace will probably be glad to hit the road again. The Eagles are unbeaten in eight top-flight away games (W5, D3), winning the last three in succession by the same 2-0 scoreline, but never before have they won four in a row on the road in the Premier League.

A 2-0 win at West Ham was embedded within that run and that victory ended a negative 13-match run in away London derbies in the Premier League (D6, L7). Palace haven’t won consecutive away London derbies in a top-flight campaign since beating Wimbledon and Spurs in 1997/98 and they have more incentive to win here too, as they’re trying to avoid being on the end of a H2H league double for the first time since 2000/01.

Players to watch: With ten assists to his name this term – the most of any Premier League defender – Fulham’s Antonee Robinson needs just one more to match his total for the last four league campaigns combined! Palace’s Jean-Philippe Mateta is also chasing history as he could become the first player to score in four successive Premier League away games for the club.
