Saturday’s primetime Bundesliga spot sees a clash between Bavarian neighbours Augsburg and reigning champions Bayern Munich, with both sides looking to extend their perfect start into matchday two. Bayern Munchen have won all of the last six H2Hs, and boast a 71% win-rate in away Bundesliga meetings, their highest against any side which they’ve faced at least ten times in the top-flight (W10, D1, L3). Augsburg lost the last two home league games in which they scored first, one of which was against Bayern Munchen.

Overcoming the odds to win 3-1 against Freiburg on the opening day, Augsburg began a Bundesliga season with victory for just the third time in 15 attempts.
