2. Great stuff! A beautiful, concentrated, intense message from the French football team to … the world, concerning current (and historic) events–of how humanity can be a winning proposition and not an always losing one.

   Also, did anyone notice how the French team really, really played full football for the first time … ever? Well, than since they won the World Cup (and also, since the time of the Michel Platini team). Real.team.football!

   Reminded me of the great Brazilian teams, the last one seen (of the great Brazilian football teams) was the Socrates/Zico team. Yes, Brazil won their last World Cup with the Ronaldo, Ronaldinho team. But, I believe Brazil were on their way down by the time of that team–it was not a glorious “Spirit of Play”, “Joy of Creating”, winning team of real football “gods”.

   Well done French-team. And, I know that you may now slip back to your recent years shoddy, slip-shod, disinterested, disconsolate, aimless, spirit-less, uninspired football–but thank you very much for showing us who and what you really are. And for reminding the whole world how the beauty of a real, highly talented, powerful, unified, football team in “full flow” looks like. Thank you, from all of us!
